For optimum film quality and output it is important to have as little friction as possible but still maintaining a little for stability. Our simple side guide design gives you maximum stability. Improve your roll quality while maintaining absolute minimum drag. By balancing friction around the bubble in the tent frame, you achieve optimum control in the collapsing process. Several customers have us apply our SM-24 “extreme” process to their tent boards because they wear them out due to lowering air pressure to induce drag for stability. Pearl offers three levels of slat covers which fit over standard 3” Gloucester boards and we also have other profiles to fit other applications

Collapsing Frame

Our side guides utilize our CFAL-1 and CFWS-2 strips are are adjustable to width & angle. They are simple to install and lightweight. Many competitors make them to thread  between the collapsing tent boards or rollers. This is not  needed because a bubble as it is  collapsed is round at edges and never goes near the corners of the tent.
