One Unit, Multiple Punching Tasks!

Our innovative flexible design unit offers unique advantages over traditional punching, providing the ability to quickly change punch shapes and sizes. This allows film and pouch converters use of a single punching unit on several jobs. It’s as simple as bolting on a die insert and punch which universally fit the “Flex Unit.”

Engineered to Your Needs:

Available in any shape or size to meet your exact specifications. Punch and die insert sold separately
Orient punches MD or TD by rotating inserts 90º
Optional pivot mount assembly
Side rail and cross rail versions available
Metric units available with metric hardware and mounts
Standard Voltages include: 110 VAC, 220 VAC, 24 VDC and 24 VAC

Flex 1

Ideal for pin vent, round hole, osha, and small custom shaped punches. Flexible for punch sizes up to a maximum of 1.375”. On cross rail as close as 2.5” center-to-center. Throat depth for side rail mount is 2”.

Flex 2

Ideal for round, square, and custom shaped punches. Flexible for punch sizes up to a maximum of 2.8125”. On cross rail as close as 4.0” center-to-center. Throat depth for side rail mount is 3″.

Flex 3

Ideal for handle hole punches of all shapes and sizes. Single web clamp for all our standard HHO punches. Flexible for punch sizes up to a maximum of 3.5”. On cross rail as close as 5.5” center-to-center. Throat depth for side rail mount is 3.875”.

Flex 4

Ideal for v-notch, round, and custom shaped punches. Handles big punches with ease. Flexible for punch sizes up to a maximum of 5.0”. On cross rail as close as 7.0” center-to-center. Throat depth for side rail mount is 4.25”.

Flex 5

Takes v-notch, round, and custom shaped punches. Handles big punches with ease. Throat depth for side rail mount is 6.75”. Hinged flip-top feature for safety. Spring loaded web clamp and slug blow-thru.
