Wear Resistant Pearl-Grip Arms

Pearl’s Wicket Hub and Arms are designed for wicketed bags, typically for bakery or hygiene applications. Hubs and arms function on the output side of a wicket bag machine where they rotate, lift, and convey bags from the machine to a wicket bag carousel to stack.

The unit can be retrofitted on any OEM wicket bag machine. They are available in various arm lengths and configurations. Pearl’s hubs have wear plates, which don’t require machining for gapping. Our tool-less arm design makes for easy removal as the end caps snap in and out, lessening maintenance and downtime. All arms have a special grip coating for better holding of the bags.
