Pearl’s Continuous Band Sealer (CBS) attachment produces a continuous motion header seal on poly film that moves in the machine direction (MD).  The unit typically mounts between the V-board Unwind and Dancer on bag machines.

Engineered to Your Needs:

  • This cross rail style unit has a maximum web width of 60″
  • With infeed and outfeed s-wrap rollers, it comes with modular sections of 12″ sealing and 12″ cooling
  • Supplied with top and bottom independent heat controls and 24 VDC or 120 VAC signal output
