Introducing Our Latest Innovations

Gusset Board Covers

With a lightweight design, the covers can easily be installed by one person in a few minutes, eliminating costly and excessive changeover times. Our Gusset Board Covers are a step up from traditional wooden gusset boards, offering better performance and durability. While they don’t match the superior quality and longevity of a full Pearl Gusset Board build, their streamlined design allows for a faster lead time of 6 weeks instead of 8 to 10.

Bubble Blocker

Designed to be used on collapsing frames (sold separately). On extrusion lines, wrinkles often form on the sides and operators traditionally use cardboard to create friction and smooth out the wrinkles before they reach the nip roller. However, cardboard is not FDA compliant. Bubble Blockers provide a safe, FDA-approved alternative, effectively replacing cardboard while maintaining the necessary friction to eliminate wrinkles.
