Multi-Punch Units
We offer 3 different intermittent multi-punch units: MPU, LMPU, and Gang Unit. These units are durable and built to be flexible, adapting to any pattern or spacing you desire. Our tool-less air cylinders allow you to quickly change the layout and number on the line.
Ball & Die Units
We offer two different continuous motion configurations for Ball and Die Units: side rail (c-frame) and cross rail variations. Our durable unit can accommodate hole sizes between 1/8” to 3” and are easy to install and align. Change patterns on the fly through a control system. We offer turnkey slug removal options, as needed.
Micro Perf Units
We have two different style continuous motion, rotary units: value and performance. Both are built with durability and versatility in mind. Our value unit is a web-driven design ideal for applications where hole size is not critical. Our performance unit is motor-driven, allowing for greater precision and accuracy of hole size. Gain better atmosphere, speed and tension control. Ideal for coffee applications where hole size is critical.
